At ByNil.com.au, we take pride in offering high-quality products. Our returns policy applies only to goods that are faulty or defective. Please carefully review the terms below to understand how to proceed if you believe you have received a faulty item.


1. Faulty Goods Only

We only accept returns for items that are defective or faulty. If you believe your item is faulty, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Photos or videos showing the defect.

Wait for Instructions: Once we receive your email, we will review your claim and contact you with further instructions.

This may include sending the product back to us for inspection.


3. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless the fault or defect relates to normal use.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.


4. Proof of Purchase

5. Return Shipping

If your claim is approved:

ByNil.com.au will provide a prepaid return label for faulty items. We will cover the cost of return shipping for all approved faulty goods.

You will be responsible for ensuring the item is returned using the instructions provided.


6. Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the outcome of your claim.

If approved, you will have the following options:

Replacement: We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at nk@bynil.com.au immediately, including photos or videos that show the damage or defect.


8. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are not faulty or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes:

- Change of mind.

- Incorrect sizing or fit.


9. Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for the return of faulty goods.


10. International Returns

We currently do not accept returns for faulty goods from outside of Australia. If you are an international customer and believe your product is defective, please contact us at nk@bynil.com.au to discuss your options.


11. Return Address

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address. Do not send any products back before receiving confirmation and instructions.
